Sigmacorp (“we,” “our” or “us”) believe that your privacy is very important.

This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personally identifiable information and other data about you that we collected, used and disclosed by Sigmacorp when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

Your installation and/or use of this App and/or submission of information to us constitute your consent to this Privacy Policy and the processing of your information (personal and non-personal) as accordance with this Policy.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
Information You Provide to Us

The App does not allow you to submit any information directly to us.

We collect anonymous analytics to help us better understand how our audience uses our Services. This may include information about the User’s device such as:

Operating system version, screen resolution, phone status (display turned off/on), vibration status, internet status (to check the user is connected to internet and show Advertisements), current location (to get the location of the user. Location is shared with our advertising partners to increase the relevance of ads), write and read files on device storage (to cache video ads in the device memory for best experience), device make and model.

We don’t store any personal information. The purpose of analytics is to be able to continuously improve our Services and the experience for our Users.

Third Party services

We display advertisements in our free apps and games to fund the development process for current and future Services. The advertisements are provided by third party companies and they may use and collect anonymous data about the User’s interests to be able to select more relevant advertisements. This information may also include location data and unique device identifier. No information is collected to allow third parties identifying you as a person.

We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the App. For example, if you log into the App using a third-party site or platform such as Facebook, we may access information about you from that site or platform, such as your screen name, profile information and friend lists, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third party site or platform. We may also collect information from app stores when you download or update one of our applications.

If you log into the App using a third-party site or platform, you represent and warrant that your access and use of such features in connection with the App will comply with the applicable terms and policies of such site or platform; and that you are at least 13 years of age.

Game Services

Our App may display Leaderboards or Achievements using Google Play Services or Apple Game Center (“Game Services”). The App does not use other game services. Your use of Game Services is expecting you agree to their terms of use. We do not collect or store any personal information from Game Services.

Other information from Game Services is used only for gaming purpose – Leaderboards or Achievements.

Making purchases through the Services

If, as a registered user, you choose to purchase any items while using the App or our services or elsewhere, we will be able to access your payment information which is collected by our payment processing providers who ensure your credit card information is encrypted. Sigmacorp does not store your credit card information.

USE OF INFORMATION
We may use information about you for various purposes, including to:

Provide, maintain and improve the App;
Develop new apps, sites and services;
Provide and deliver the products and services you request and send you related information;
Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
Protect against cheating, crime or fraud, or for other security reasons;
Provide news and information about the App we think will be of interest to you;
Personalize and improve the App and provide tailored content and features;
Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the App;
Provide you advertising that better suits your interests, and profile and is age/gender-appropriate and targeted to your general location;
Send you push notifications (if you choose to allow that function).
Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;
Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.

By accepting our Privacy Policy or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

DISCLOSURE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not sell, rent or transfer your Personal Information to third parties without your prior consent.
We may share non-precise geolocation information or precise geolocation information (if you choose to allow us to collect it) with advertisers to allow them to display more relevant and geographically appropriate advertisements to you.
We may share your Usage Data and Non-Personal Information, such as device IDs, advertising IDs or other persistent identifiers and non-precise geolocation information with our advertising partners. Those partners may use your Non-Personal Information to serve you tailored advertisements outside of our Apps: please note that this sharing is limited to anonymous, aggregated Non-Personal Information only and we will not share your Personal Information with advertisers without your prior consent.
We will not store your credit card information. In order to process credit card payments, we will use the service of a secure third-party credit card processor.
If you log into the App using a third-party service, such as Facebook, Apple Game Center or Google Play Services, we may share information provided by those services with other players for certain in-app features, such as leaderboards. We also may share aggregated information or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

SOCIAL SHARING FEATURES
The App may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take in the App with other media, and vice versa. You must be at least 13 years of age to use any social sharing features integrated in the App. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide these features.

ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS SERVICES PROVIDED BY OTHERS
We may allow third parties to serve contextual advertisements and provide analytics services in connection with the App. These entities may use various identifiers to collect information about your use of the App, including your IP address, MAC address, device identifiers, software and hardware information, time zone and usage information. This information may be used by Sigmacorp and others to, among other things, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver contextual advertising and content and better understand your activity on the App. Third-party ad serving and analytics technologies are integrated into the App, so if you do not want to be subject to these technologies, do not use or access the App.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
With your consent, we may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device to provide game-related information, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages. You can deactivate these notifications by changing your notification settings on your device.

STORAGE OF INFORMATION
Sigmacorp will store your information for as long as necessary in order to provide you with the App.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHT IN CALIFORNIA
Under certain circumstances, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 requires that, upon receipt of a request by a customer residing in California, a business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom Personal Information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year for direct marketing purposes, as well as a list of the categories of personal information that were disclosed. However, the foregoing does not apply to businesses like ours that do not disclose Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes without prior approval or that give customers a free mechanism to opt out of having their personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Do Not Track Disclosures in California: Because we respect your privacy, we will abide by any “do not track” technology that you may choose to utilize, although, as described above with cookies, such technology may negatively affect the functionality of the Websites/Apps.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
We may change this Privacy Policy or change, modify or withdraw access to the Services at any time with or without notice from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the current policy and, depending on the specific changes, we may provide you with additional notice or require a renewed consent (e.g., by adding a statement to our website’s homepage or in the App). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the App to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

By using our App, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our App. Our privacy policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
